 an expert in wellness including nutrition, exercise, health and medicine. She is a dietitian and family physician by training who is also well versed in functional medicine and biohacking. As such, she blends both western medicine and alternative options to create the best health strategies. She looks at each client with a preventive approach and incorporates food and nutrition as a vital foundation. She has been an athlete since childhood and understands the importance of moving your body to improve longevity. The goal of our Vital Vitality mastermind is to create a space to ask questions and realize creative solutions to optimize your health and vitality with an interest in longevity.
