Last weekend, we gathered in the stunning landscape of Granby, Colorado, for the Gamma Group Brotherhood Retreat—a transformative men’s retreat designed to inspire action, foster deeper connections, and strengthen bonds. Through meaningful discussions, powerful activities, and moments of reflection, attendees left empowered to step up in their lives and build lasting relationships with other men. This unforgettable weekend set the stage for personal growth and lifelong brotherhood.

Our First Men's Retreat Was So Much Fun!
If you consider two hours of sleep fun, you would have had a blast! Ok, that sounds a little scary, but it was for good reason! We had the men on this retreat pack bags for survival training activities. Our trainers, Chris Weichman & Dr. Greg Kimble, helped them understand how to start fires, build shelters, stay warm in the snow, and even what to do in dire situations. Throughout the whole thing, they all had teams, that they had to work with to understand how to structure out their survival instincts.
The reason we only gave them two hours of sleep, was because they locked our media guy outside in 10-degree weather. Well, not actually. He kind of locked himself outside. And apparently, no one could hear him when he was knocking. But in all actuality, we wanted to test their ability to work in tough conditions on little to no sleep. When you have very little time to regenerate how do you respond?
We are proud to say, they did amazing! From working together to forming leadership roles, and deploying every skill they had learned to implement a concise easy-to-follow action plan. In a real survival scenario, they might have made it! Except for one of our members, who couldn't figure out how to start a fire with a Ferro rod(Fancy Flint and Steel). But that's why you need a team!
From cold weather to harsh climates, it is awesome to say that these guys pushed through and gave their all in their learning, their action, and their teamwork.
Here's what some of the men said about the event.
"This weekend was by far the best event I’ve ever been to. I learned how to feel comfortable enforcing masculinity and how to uphold it. I learned how to be comfortable being uncomfortable and further fortified the principle of you can accomplish anything with the right people to your left and right."

"In a short 2 night span, the TFP Gamma Brotherhood event has assisted us all in building a lifelong relationship as strong as can be. We froze our fingers and toes off, worked collectively to achieve goals and sacrificed ourselves for one another all with big smiles on our faces. That’s what brotherhood is about and that’s what you will gain from these cherished life moments."
-Sam Rifkin
"The Gamma Group was the most unique personal development experience I've ever participated in. Having invested in business coaches, to life coaches, marriage counselors and everything in between, nothing comes close to the time spent with these men and great facilitators, Greg Kimble and Chris Weichman."
