PROJECT 33

HABITS - HEALTH - HEART

Welcome to Project 33

Project 33 is a 33-day challenge focused on implementing and becoming committed to new habits.

In Project 33 Level 1 you will add in a group of new habits that will help you create micro changes for long-term goals.

Now let's take a look at the criteria.

33 MINUTES OF EXERCISE

Every day you will need to exercise for a minimum of 33 minutes. This can be dependent on your physical level, so everything from a 33-minute walk to 33 minutes of strength training at the gym.

Go at your pace and make it fun!

64 OUNCES OF WATER DAILY

This one is pretty self-explanatory. You will need to polish at least 64 ounces of water daily.

This does not include any energy drinks, supplement drinks, or other forms of liquids. It's just plain old water for this challenge.

WATCH 1 EPISODE OF PROJECT 33

Each day has a dedicated episode to help you improve both your mindset and physical capabilities.

You can access it in your product library after signing up.

This series alongside the challenge is free!

3 BOOKS IN 33 DAYS

Throughout this 33-day challenge, you must read three books related to either personal or business growth.

G.O.O.J.

You are human and not expected to be perfect. Because of that, you get 3 GOOJ cards.

G - Get

O - Out

O - Of

J - Jail

Yep, you can get out of jail free. This means if you slip up, need a moment to break your commitment, or just a complete rest day, you don't need to feel like it's all over.

Habits and health are hard, it's not easy to get things started and it's even harder to maintain them. So if you want to punch your GOOJ card and go get ice cream for soul day, DO IT!

DO IT FOR 33 DAYS

Now that you have identified what you will do and how you will go about it. It's time to do it for 33 days.

For this full duration, you will have 4 things to keep track of:

1.) 33 Minutes of Exercise - Daily

2.) 64 Ounces of Water - Daily

3.) Watch a Project 33 episode - Daily

4.) Read 3 books - over the challenge duration

Seems pretty simple, right? However, because these are all little things that will alter your habits, it becomes very easy to forget about them.

As such you will need to pay close attention and ensure you are keeping good track of all 4 items on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

TRY IT YOURSELF

We will be sending out messages and inspiration to keep you upright over the course of the 33 days, however, we understand that some people like just doing it themselves.

As such feel free to test out the framework you read about above. We would greatly appreciate any feedback you have for us as you do!

So if you try it out and find anything weird please, email [email protected] with your findings.
