Welcome to TFP Kidz.

Our mission is to allow the whole family to learn and grow together. Most conferences and learning environments do not provide you with the chance to bring along your kids. Thus you will have to either find daycare, make requests of family members, or even have one of you remain behind.

This causes a separation in the family unit and does not allow you to travel together and experience the world as a singular family unit.

Over time this builds resentment, causes grief, and ways heavy upon your home life.

That is why at all of our conferences we provide you with onsite childcare services that not only allow you to be in the room and grow but also provide your kids their very own event with curriculum converted from the very same content you are learning in the main room.

Meet The Kidz Room Director

Phyre Deming

When you think of the best person to take care of your kids, a mother is almost always the image you think up. Phyre is the picture image of a mother and even has her kids helping out in the Kidz room. During these events she helps the kids understand the work their parents do by giving them hands on training scenarios. From making products to building stores and collecting funds, they get to see first hand what their parents do when they are away during the day time.

Kidz Room Rules - Regulations - Liability

Now as parents, we understand that you take your kid's safety with the utmost care. We need to let you know that we do too. As such there are some rules and regulations that we need you to read through to assist us in providing your kids with a safe space.

  • Age Requirements:

    • Children ages 3 and above are welcome to utilize the onsite childcare service.
    • Children ages 2 and under require a parent or guardian to be present with them at all times.
  • Parental Responsibilities:

    • Diaper Changes: Parents/guardians are responsible for all diaper changes.
    • Feeding: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children are fed during meal times.
    • Break Visits: Parents/guardians are encouraged to visit their children during scheduled breaks.
    • Drop Off - Pick Up: During both pick up and drop off parents must speak with the Room Director to ensure they are aware of the child's attendance. Please drop off at provided times received in event emails. You must checkout your kids for lunch breaks. Then check your kids back in during afternoon sessions. Pick up at end of the day must be immediate after evening release.
    • Shared Responsibility: Parents/guardians attending the conference together are asked to share childcare responsibilities equally.
  • Children in Main Conference Room:

    • Children are welcome to attend sessions in the main conference room, provided they are not disruptive. If a child becomes disruptive, the parent/guardian will be asked to take them out of the room.
