Project 33 Level 1

WHY 33 DAYS

It is said that it takes 16 days to break a habit and 16 more to implement a new one. You are given 32 days to begin reforming your habits for a healthier life. On the last day, you then are asked to continue with the habits of your own accord.

Plus we like the number 33.
